Barb is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Barb also holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and is a past president of the Maryland Chapter. Barb has more than 20 years of real estate valuation experience specializing in market-rate, affordable, LIHTC, and Section 8 apartments.

Nathan O. Brantley, MAI, AI-GRS

Nate brings over 20 years of real estate valuation experience with a specialization in office, industrial, and retail properties. He is a past president of the Maryland Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations. Nate is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
